Our History
W&T Contracting Corporation was founded in 1997 by Willie Richards. He mastered the process of providing individual waste water systems to home builders and was instrumental in installing over 10,000 individual waste water systems throughout the Greater Mid-South.
Willie retired in 2011, passing the entrepreneurial spirit to his two sons Wiley and Terrell Richards. Under their leadership, W&T Contracting Corporation has expanded service offerings and operations by focusing on large scale projects with municipal and commercial clients.

Our vision as a company is to continue growing it for generations to come.
Today, W&T is made up of several dedicated men and women united by their passion for delivering quality infrastructure and helping others grow their careers.
