Requirements & Qualifications

Drug Testing – Due to the nature of our industry and the safety standards that we adhere to, we require all candidates and applicants to pass a pre-hiring drug test and randomly throughout the year.

Safety Training & Certification – Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training and certification is often required for many of the positions.

NASSCO – National Association of Sanitary Sewer Companies (NASSCO) certification is required for many of the positions.

W&T may provide compensation, reimbursement, and incentives for completing on the job training and certification.
